This was a re-tile job as customer did not like the tiles in her upstairs loo. The tiles literally
fell off the wall when I started to remove them. Whoever had tiled the room previously had not
prepared the walls correctly,he had used the adhesive incorrectly by spot fixing the tiles.
The moral of the story is always :
